For all online transfers you need to make an appointment for DROS
All firearms will be shipped to our retail store and the purchaser must come in to initiate DROS.
It is your responsibility as the purchaser of a firearm to comply with all federal, state, and local laws that may govern the purchase or possession of firearms in your area.

We do not process any DROS the same day as delivery. Earliest appointment can be for next day.
We do not go through deliveries until the end of day, therefore we can not confirm any deliveries until we are closed for the day.
Magazines that hold more than ten rounds of ammunition may NOT be sold in California. Unless the buyer is active law enforcement.
Semi-automatic long guns with detachable magazines (and certain other features) or that have been classified as assault weapons are no longer allowed to be sold in California.

Any non CA compliant firearm order will be returned. Any shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

Private party transfers, curio/relic handguns, certain single-action revolvers, and pawn/consignment returns are exempt from this requirement.

Online Firearms Transfer - UPDATED 04/01/2024 PLEASE READ
$80.00 per firearm received and $37.19 DROS
$50.00 for each additional firearm on same DROS
C&R dealers requesting same day release on C&R items $150 per firearm plus dros $37.19.
Intra-Familial Firearm Transaction
$150.00 for the first firearm and $100 each additional firearm (up to 3 firearms total). $37.19 DROS
Even Intra-Familial transfers need to be legal to own in California (e.g. rifles need to be CA complaint)...contact us to verify item in legal and what documents we need to complete the transfer.
5% of invoice total, minimum $10 (per order)
$10.00 per firearm. $37.19 for DROS.
In the event the DOJ cannot determine the purchaser’s eligibility to own a firearm; the firearm will be returned to the seller. If the purchaser's DROS is rejected, denied, or undetermined, the firearm will be returned to the seller. If the seller does not pick up the firearm, the firearm will be turned over to the Burbank Police Department.
We are not liable or responsible or liable for your refund from the seller. You should make sure you are eligible to own firearms before conducting any PPT.
If the buyer of the PPT does not pick up the firearm within 30 days of DROS, we will not re-DROS the firearm without a $100 storage fee on top of state fees to re-DROS.
There are not refunds for PPT fees
All PPT fees must be paid with cash.
CA sales tax will be collected on all transferred items that are untaxed. Please provide your invoice when you come in.
STORAGE FEES
-Please note that we will NOT accept any high capacity magazines unless you’re exempt as an authorized peace officer. If you’re not exempt, the high capacity magazines will be confiscated at your expense.
-Please keep updated tracking information for your items and email us with your tracking information to set an appointment.
-We do not contact you when your order arrives. It is your duty to contact the store to set an appointment.
-There are no "same day as delivery" appointments. We need at least one business day to process all incoming shipments.
