For all online transfers you need to make an appointment for DROS

PLEASE READ

All firearms will be shipped to our retail store and the purchaser must come in to initiate DROS.


 It is your responsibility as the purchaser of a firearm to comply with all federal, state, and local laws that may govern the purchase or possession of firearms in your area.


 Never, under any circumstances, purchase a firearm for someone who is not permitted to do so themselves. 

 Magazines that hold more than ten rounds of ammunition may NOT be sold in California. Unless the buyer is active law enforcement.


Semi-automatic long guns with detachable magazines (and certain other features) or that have been classified as assault weapons are no longer allowed to be sold in California. 


Any non CA compliant firearm order

Any non CA compliant firearm order will be returned.  Any shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

 As of January 1, 2001, no handgun may be manufactured within California, imported into California for sale, lent, given, kept for sale, or offered/exposed for sale unless that handgun model has passed firing, safety, and drop tests and is certified for sale in California by the Department of Justice. Private party transfers, curio/relic 

 As of January 1, 2001, no handgun may be manufactured within California, imported into California for sale, lent, given, kept for sale, or offered/exposed for sale unless that handgun model has passed firing, safety, and drop tests and is certified for sale in California by the Department of Justice. Private party transfers, curio/relic handguns, certain single-action revolvers, and pawn/consignment returns are exempt from this requirement.
